Once you hit the Hebrew Martyrs’ Square, right next to Spot Hotel, you are essentially at the very centre of the old town traffic, so let the currents take you through cafes, bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops, to the Archaeological Museum, the Grand Master’s Palace, the various Inns of the Knights Hospitallier and other prominent destinations. Then you should break away and find the medieval town’s hidden treasures, the churches and the mosques, the fortifications and the moat, the smaller squares and peaceful neighborhoods. And if the old town is not enough, then the Rhodes city centre is only a breath away.
